Tax Litigations: Tax Litigations which includes filing of replies before the Commissioners of Federal Board of revenue, filing of appeals against the orders of Commissioner Appeal, FBR and contesting the same up to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. This litigation also includes the processing of refund applications, seeking of tax exemptions under different provisions of law.

Civil Litigation: Civil Litigation includes two or more parties seeking declarations of their civil rights and / or specific performance of their contracts. It is used to resolve disputes that are not criminal in nature. Some examples of civil litigation include Contract disputes, Property disputes, Personal injury, Intellectual property disputes, Employment disputes, Personal injury. The main part of the Civil Litigations is resolving of disputes relating to rent. Inheritance cases are also comes under civil litigation.

Criminal Litigation: Criminal litigation in Pakistan involves the legal process through which criminal charges are prosecuted and defended in courts. It encompasses a wide range of activities from the investigation of a crime to the trial and sentencing of the accused. It includes registration and defending First Information Report (FIR) and its Investigation by Police. Once an FIR is lodged, the police conduct an investigation, which includes gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and sometimes detaining suspects for interrogation. The police are required to complete the investigation and submit a report (challan) to the court. Further it includes filing of bail before and bail after arrest petitions. Filing of appeals against the illegal orders of lower judiciary. Special Types of Criminal Cases, Anti-Terrorism Cases, NAB Cases, Juvenile Cases.

Litigation regarding Family cases: Family litigation in Pakistan involves legal disputes related to marriage, divorce, child custody, maintenance, and inheritance. Governed primarily by Islamic law for Muslims, and relevant personal laws for non-Muslims, these cases are handled by Family Courts established under the Family Courts Act, 1964. The courts aim to resolve issues like Talaq, Khula, child custody (Hizanat), and spousal/child maintenance through a fair and speedy process. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods like mediation are often encouraged. Decisions can be appealed in higher courts, with the best interest of children being a primary consideration in custody cases.

Constitutional Practice / Litigation: Constitutional litigation in Pakistan involves legal challenges to the constitutionality of laws, government actions, and the protection of fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution. These cases are typically brought before High Courts or the Supreme Court under Article 199 or Article 184(3) of the Constitution, respectively.
